Went here for the first time. Had my SUV cleaned inside and out. A bit of a wait but it was worth it!! Excellent job I am very happy. With the service.

Waited 1 1/2 hours to get the inside and out washed. There was a line but 1 1/2 hours is too long. Too bad I’ve been coming here for 20 years, sad to say this will be my last time. $44 dollars to wait that long. No thank you. Correction it was 2 hours total, 1 1/2 to get in to pay then 2 hours until I actually got my truck back. In line at 2:10 out at 4:10!!

UPDATE: 6 years ago I gave them 4 stars and this was my review: "They do a nice job on the inside. The outside is satisfactory" I've been plenty of times since the and it's just keeps getting worse and worse. Today, will ne be the last time. I went in between 4:15 and 4:30 or so because it was a beautiful day and there was no line. Paid my 39.00 for the 'ultimate', inside and out. I was very very disappointed. They vacuumed but missed half the back of the jeep, they didn't wipe out the cup holders, it's a brand new jeep, there was no real VISIBLE crumbs in there but there were coffee spills they didn't even wipe. They dried the jeep, but it was one guy drying and although he was super nice (all the staff were nice), he didn't get it dry. For $40, I really expected more, a lot more, like a

Went with the "Ultimate" option... said it was interior & exterior cleaning, and also includes wheels and tires. Around 40 bucks. Sure, sounds like a great deal to me! That's usually 100 bucks! So this would probably be a really good deal if your vehicle is really dirty. But mine was not, just not as clean as i like it to be. So ya the wheels and tires were cleaned up, not bad. Ran through the automatic car wash... and the 4 weathertech floormats hosed down. That's it. No vaccuuming or interior detail whatsoever. So basically 40 bucks for an automatic carwash and for floormats hosed off. I don't see the value. I'll stick with the 100 dollar place.
