Precision Collision got the job done! They went above and beyond and were very detailed in letting me know what was going on. From the highly detailed reports that broke down everything such as where the parts were coming from and what needed to be replaced, to the occasional phone calls about letting me know what was going on, everything was spot on and swift. They made sure I was in the loop with everything and never left me feeling uneasy. My family has used them before and the work and hospitality has only improved. I will continue to use them in the future and I highly recommend them!!

Procession Collision does not have a Lifetime Warranty!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because you can’t post ZERO STARS I had my truck repaired there it had 28,000 miles on it was less than 2years old. The front bumper was replaced along with other parts. The truck had no rock dings on the old bumper at 28,000 miles. After Precision Collision in Bossier City painted it Within 8,000 miles the paint started to blister up and chip off. By time I got it back to Precision Collision Curry the owner claimed it was rock chips and there Was no Lifetime Warranty on rock chips. We went around and around about it and he said if he repainted it it would cost him $1500.00 out of his pocket. So he claimed it was rock chips no warranty. He had his paint both guy come look and he made the same

My vehicle was returned to me looking brand new—you would never know it had been damaged. The quality of work and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. Best body shop I have been to! After wrecking my vehicle I got the estimate the very next day. Dropped my truck off and repairs were started. They fixed my front bumper and it looks brand new. Very good people, curry and Brandi are the nicest people and so understanding. 10/10 would recommend!
