Precision Towing Service - Fredericksburg

They got to my within 45mins and made light work of my non running vehicle I just bought.(Fuel Pump =Bad) great service most affordable service in the area and even called me back with a better price. The driver was really cool. Would use again.

I was extremely impressed with precision towing. The driver was quick to respond was very courteous friendly had great customer service skills. I will definitely be reaching out to precision towing if I have any other issues and have to have a vehicle towed. On Tuesday October 24th while out running errands a ball joint broke on my car and I needed a tow. I called several companies for a quote and Precision Towing not only had the best quote but by far the best customer service. When they showed up to tow my car and inspected it, it was a bit more complicated than expected. However Bruce, the tow truck driver worked some magic and somehow prepared it for towing. I highly recommend Precision Towing. They made a difficult situation a little less stressful.

I had no issues with the driver himself. The driver was very good and quick.. My only issue was the level of stress caused by the owner with all the problems of my day and on top of my second vehicle I was driving that decided to also break down. He elected to charge me an extra 150.00 for not even 3 miles to drop both my vehicles at same location. I likely will not ever use there service again. Nor recommend them
