Precision Tune Auto Care

This was my first time coming to Precision Tune, and it was a great experience. I did my research and decided PT was the best and most affordable option. Mr. Steve was very detailed and thorough every time we communicated. What truly won us over was the video explaining the diagnostic and, ultimately, what was wrong with my vehicle. I entrusted them with “my big baby,” and they took great care of her. Other than some dirt left on my floor mat—which was very minor—I still give them 5 stars. I will definitely be going back for my regular maintenance needs.

The staff at Precision Tune were so attentive. They knew that I really needed my vehicle fixed by the next day and they made it happen. I am so pleased with their customer service and the work that was done on my vehicle. They really work with you. Thanks guys yall are the best. Zen was really great.

Had a great experience working with the team at Precision. Zen and Steve were great and communicated well at every step. They sent video as well as called to explain at all the major updates. The communication really made the sticker shock a lot more palatable and understanding as to what needed to get done. Repairs are working great. I will definitely be back for any needs I have in the future

I thought my car was running diffrent when I left and they were so kind and understanding, turns out it was nothing at all but I was very impressed at the customer service they used. They weren't dismissive and actually called to make sure everything was OK a few days later! I will always bring my cars to them!
