What a lucky girl I am for finding this business! Open on a Saturday, last minute state vehicle inspection PLUS they installed my new Maryland license plate on the front! Even better, the pricing was fair and the whole process didn’t take very long. I highly recommend this establishment. Another great point, they called me back practically immediately. Their level of customer service is off the charts high. That goes for how truly genuine their words and actions are too! Hope you find this business is as valuable as I and give them a five star review too!

TLDR: They failed my truck for state inspection for front pads and rotors being too thin/out of spec. I changed them the next day, measured them and they were well within spec. I’d find a different shop I brought my truck for in for MD state inspection because I needed it done ASAP. I called around and they were the only local shop with an appointment available that day. I had looked the truck over and replaced anything I saw such as wiper and bulbs. I had the wheels off a month earlier. The rotors looked good but the pads were less then 50% life but still seemed to much left to replace. I get there and get into the system they say inspection fee is $160 (which is 2x more then iv ever paid for a state inspection) but I needed it done asap so I figure that’s fine. I’ve had a few different items that needed replacement right around 100k miles for my jeep and they helped me out here with everything. They are so fast and make sure that everything is running correctly before accepting payment or letting you drive away. The guys here are fair and honest and I’d recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Going to Precision Tune Auto Care was hands down the WORST decision of my life. I dealt with a guy named Imran and let me tell you — he is a straight-up liar. I trusted him with my car, and not only did he jack up the prices on the parts (way more than fair market value), but he also charged me extra on top of that. And after all that? He still didn’t even finish the job. This place is nothing but a FRAUD shop running on scams. Don’t be fooled by the “positive” reviews here — I’m convinced half of them are bought because the service I got was absolute garbage.
