My first visit of more. The front desk was upfront with cost and concise with the reason for my visit. Friendly maintenance technician and an overall painless oil change. I’m usually hesitant to try somewhere new specially for car services, but this location was worth testing the waters.

I was referred to Precision by a friend after a poor (and expensive) experience elsewhere. Our experience here was fantastic. From the beginning, all of the employees were knowledgeable and kind, even driving my husband home so he would not have to get an uber. Upon looking at my vehicle they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and begin work. Once work was done they test drove it to confirm that all problems were fixed and gave us follow up steps to ensure that all is well with the vehicle in the long term. They were honest and helpful in all parts of the process, which can be hard to find. We have found our new auto shop!

Wonderful experience. My car was checked throughout and services done that were needed. The staff are professional and very caring about any concerns I had. I will be a continued customer. Thank you, especially to the manager!

No need appointment. First come first serve. Good service and good price. Update: I just realized that he inspected my car, he tightened the bolt. But, he didn’t lock the bolt which made the same problem came again in the next few weeks.

Ace and the team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me urgently with one vehicle while addressing a smaller issue with my other vehicle within the same week. Also, cheapest oil change in town! I’ll be returning.
