Precision Tune Auto Care

Came in late to get a last minute inspection done and when 6 other inspection shops said they didn't have an inspector ......prob because they don't make money on inspections..... precision hooked me up with my p inspection and did it right away. Truly a top of the line professional auto repair shop. I've been there before and never had a problem. I highly recommend Precision auto repair. M.

I had the most incredible experience at this shop. They were SO kind, helpful, efficient, timely and even picked me up and returned me home while the work was being done.They even gave me a discount when I found out that my Car Warranty Ins wasn't go to cover me repair. They are like a happy family. They look forward to going to work and truly care about their customers. They were my 2nd opinion and man am I ever glad I ended up with them. I was told 1st that I needed a new battery, when in reality my back brakes were metal on metal

What a trip saving experience. Arrived in Austin on Dec 27th, 2025 and our vehicle was running fine. Checked into our lodging and then headed out to do shopping trip. Car suddenly would not idle properly, was running roughly in park and wanted to stall out. Called Precision Tune Auto Care and got ahold of Kevin. Explained our situation and asked Kevin if they had a tow capabilties, he said they did not but recommended a tow company he used and trusted. The tow company could not get to us as it was late in the day. Called Kevin back and told him we were going to try and drive to his location. He assured us that he would stay until we arrived. When we arrived he took our vehicle right in and started looking into the issue. Within 15 minutes or less he came back and told us he had located and

Went/called 5 different places to get my car inspected. 2 had machines broken,1 the tech guy was off that day, 1 wait of 2 hours with no one waiting and 1 did not answer their phone. Went to Precision and within 1 hour had both vehicles inspected. This includes going home to pick up the second vehicle. The friendly of the staff was a bonus.

I couldn’t take my car any where else better! I got quoted at a higher price than what ended up paying . Lilly was very helpful and so was the mechanic I didn’t get his name tall guy with tats . Thank y’all so much I will be coming back and referencing yall to others .
