I had my rear brake pads replaced. Checking the car in was quick, so I sat in the lobby and watched a movie on my phone. Before I knew it, they were coming to inform me that my car was ready. There were no surprises at checkout. The price was exactly as advertised. There was even a $25 off coupon online. Great experience!

This happened last year but I’m still pissed about it, they messed up my suv! They did it purposely and I have proof and recorded conversations and emails from their regional manager discussing the situation. It was an employee at the shop who tipped my husband off on what the employees did and also the tow truck guy told us what was discussed when we weren’t there about their conniving ways to get us to spend money with them. Manager took responsibility and offered to fix what they did and they said they would send out a tow truck to bring our vehicle back to the shop and we waited all day and no one came. I'll start with the one good thing I can say about this place. They fixed (mostly) my truck and got me back on the road. My husband and I were traveling home on a Saturday, still about 3 hours away from home when we could tell the bearings were going out on one of my wheels. It was bad, couldn't have driven much further before needing a tow. This place ABSOLUTELY OVERCHARGES. $680 to replace the wheel hub assembly on 1 side. For reference, the part doesn't usually cost more than $150 and you can even get 2 of those parts for that total price online. It also doesn't even take more than an hour to replace..... I've done it myself before on that same truck! So $680 for that service is freaking ridiculous. Not to mention, the mechanic reinstalled a component on my wheel incorrectly. As soon as

I'm actually appalled, I originally thought these guys were pretty honest and affordable. But over the course of a year I've had to come back over and over again with the same problems. Recently I got my battery replaced by them with a new one, and 2 days after my car would struggle to start. I end up going to AutoZone to get the battery health checked and I'm told that the battery is a bad. So go back to Precision Auto Care to get a new replacement. Just to be told that it's "not the battery" but my alternator going out. Even though I've had an engine diagnostic done by them weeks beforehand that says it's fine. Then they take me to the back/shop to "prove" to me that it is my alternator and not the battery. And come with an estimate of about $700 to $800 for a new alternator. Of course,

It was horrible I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. No one was professional. When we got there I stated I had to go to work soon if the wait was more than an hour I would come back. Had to wait two hours. Then when they finish Linda told them to face it going out of parking lot he decided to burn rubber and park in in the middle of that little road. Never will they get my business again. The man behind desk was running around like he was on something. Crazy Day.
