Precision Tune Auto Care

10/10, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ENOUGH! They have always been so honest, upfront, and transparent with me! I was quoted over $400 for something I needed done at a dealership, and Precision did it for $80, which was the average I saw online. They are fast and efficient. I thought this last time I needed a battery and brakes, turns out brakes were fine! Honestly, I feel like other shops may have taken advantage of that! I have never had a better experience with car repairs. I’ve always left feeling happy and relieved! They always surprise me with how great the pricing is, and how valuable their team is. They have excellent staff! The woman at the front is so sweet and nice. I just can’t recommend them enough, like I said! DEFINITELY GO HERE FOR YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!

The owner, Jake, and his staff are awesome. I buy my tires and oil changes often from Jake. Never had a bad experience, nor any concerns.

Exceeded expectations!! We spoke two weeks prior about a quote, which was pretty good. However, after we dove into the details a first time customer discount revealed they had the best price that no one could beat! Rebecca and Jason knocked it out of the park with outstanding customer service. The guys finished our work faster than expected, and were prompt in bringing the vehicle around. We had our odysseys timing belt and water pump replaced as part of the100k service. I’d highly recommend this location and will be a longtime customer.

Quoted $2500 to replace a water pump on a Toyota Rav4 to my wife. A $90 part that can be replaced at home in an hour. I guess they were busy and didnt have time for the repair or they take advantage of women. Quote was $900 from the dealership. When you are almost 3 times higher than the dealership something is off. I'll probably spend the hour and replace it myself or pay the dealership. Atleast I know it will be done correctly. More than likely they quoted a price for an incorrect part. It happens I guess but doesnt instill confidence in these guys. Can't recommend this place. Follow up. Had the water pump replaced at dealership with OEM part for $899 out the door. A bit high but im old and lazy I guess. Still significantly cheaper than the $2500 quoted by Precision. Was also quoted $

This place is outstanding! Best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. The guys in the back were top tier guys that found, explained and fixed my problem without any BS. The sweet lady working inside was as sweet as they come. I will be using this place from now on
