Came to this location (Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur) because my heat /ac wasn't working. Thankfully they took a look at it as I didn't have an appointment. Anyway, the shop mgr came back and said that it was my heat / control switch (panel). That was it. I inquired to verify. No other issues. So, he expounded that it needed replacing and because they couldn't order the part, only this time, they would allow for me to purchase it and bring it and they would Install it for $50. To assist, the shop manager printed a copy of the part off ebay for me to order. Ok. Great. I returned with the part soon. 1 hour later, to my great shock, disappointment and dismay, I was presented by this same shop mgr with a writen estimate that my Blower motor, Blower resistor and Blower connector was shot

$485 for a battery is almost criminal. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am old, not stupid. I went down the street to Auto Zone and got a top of the line battery for $250 installed including taxes. I knew l could get a free install there all along, but came to your place because l wanted other services, too. The $93 oil change quote changed my mind on that. The young lady behind the counter was not very personable and should really consider another line of work. I had used your services in the past and was told that there is now new "management ". When l was there before it was really busy. Yesterday when l arrived it was dead and l thought l had gotten lucky. Now l understand why it was dead.
