I came to this location to service my car because I needed an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 9 and arrived a little early. They were very professional and courteous the entire time that I was there. The guys in the front was very nice and attentive. This is a great place to be for your car.

My grandparents used to go to the shop and I called David out of the blue to see if he could help me with the tire on my hyper scooter being off the bead. This is not what they do. He made that clear but he also did not give up. He got it on there and saved the day. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for him not giving up when everybody else did. He really wanted to help me and he really did. I feel like I have to let everyone know how genuine David is and how thankful I am for his help. I will definitely be referring business his direction !

I’ve been coming to this shop for over 5 years for oil changes, but my experience last month was absolutely unacceptable. Moe never called with updates — I had to call multiple times just to get basic information. He told me my car would be ready at a certain time, and when I showed up, it wasn’t, causing me to miss work. I was told a part needed to be ordered from out of the country and would take a week. After a week of hearing nothing, I called and found out the part was never ordered. The manager offered no apology. Moe then claimed he ordered it and would call me back — another week and a half passed with no call, and when I followed up, he hung up on me. Man I gotta say, I’m REALLY happy with these guys seriously took care of me. Everybody was super friendly and actually acted like they cared about my car. It’s running great now and the A/C is finally blowing cold again, which I’ve been dealing with forever. I tried a couple other auto shops before and nobody could figure out what was wrong. Super annoying. My neighbor told me, “just go to Precision Tune,” and honestly that was the best advice ever. They checked everything out, and a couple hours later the service guy called with the estimate and broke it down in a way that actually made sense. No runaround, no weird excuses.
