Spoke to Juan about issue I was having. Booked appt quickly. Matt contacted me on issues and completed the necessary repairs. He also cared about my concern and communicated every step of the diagnosis. Repair was made and pleased with the outcome. Will use these guys again. Highly recommend.

Precision Auto Care was recommended to me because they are an approved shop through my car’s warranty. I am so glad I used this Precision Auto Care. From diagnostics to the actual repair, everything was handled professionally and quickly. A big thank you to Chance, Matt, Everett, and Aashish for making this experience great. I brought my vehicle here to replace my brake pads and rotors. The parts were replaced. Within the next hour my tire pressure sensor began to fault and not display any numbers. I returned to this location and the technician replied “you want us to pay for something that happened with your car just because we worked on it?.” I am not a mechanic, nor did I request them to “pay” for anything. However I was just hoping that they would be able to rectify the issue since the obvious cause was the repair work. No accountability whatsoever. And I have an out of state commute approaching, but I guess after spending almost $800, once they have your money, it’s out of their hands. I will not be replacing my back brakes with this location. Go to a different location for services. God forbid they make

I would never come back or support this unprofessional place. All they care about is over charging you for work that the allow kids with a certificate out of prison work for them. Who only have the bare basic knowledge. There was a lot of horse playing among the workers and slow motion to work and get people out on time. The facility is dirty and unkept and the custom service was beyond horrible. If you want more damage done then when you came in then shop here!! The lack of communication and the worry of just making money was disgusting. Do not get any work done here by amateurs who only know the bare minimum and are shade tree Mechanics. Save yourself the headache!! Run!

Went in for an oil change got me in/out quickly/timely manner. Was informed I had a nail in tire, had it not been mentioned probably would have been stuck on side of road to change out tire.. Great job, A1 service....
