Far too expensive and they assume you know nothing. Billed me an hour of diagnostics to tell me my starter was bad and they needed nearly $900 to do it on an old Honda after I brought it there with a bad starter. I wouldn't bring my car there again if it was on fire. I found someone else to do it for $340 the same day after an hour on Facebook. I hope the $150 was worth it, negative word of mouth helps people avoid bad business. I'll be getting my money back helping honest people avoid y'all.

Ryan is the customer service gentleman that works the front desk in the Hickory office. He does an excellent job. He’s very professional. They changed my oil and rotated my tires and I wouldn’t even there but maybe 30 minutes and then he fixed my husband‘s truck dropped it on Sunday afternoon and it was ready to go Monday & the price was really good.. I would refer them to anybody..

I was surprised that this location has such reasonable low prices for the services you need. I needed oil change instead of paying from 50 to 70 dollars I paid $32 their normal daily charge not a special. I needed a front alignment instead of $65 to $150 at other places I got wheel alignment for $49.99 as long as I live in this area I will use precision tune for any service I need that they provide. Please tell them you read this review and chose to use their service. Thanks

I took my 2010 Kia Forte in about 3 weeks ago to have an oil change, brakes, and I also had a wobble feeling when I was accelerating between 45-55 mph then it would smooth out. Well got the oil change all good. I have warranty on my brakes through Orileys. So I brought my own front brakes. When I checked the old ones they were barely even worn. So instead of them saying hey your brakes dont need to be changed they put the new ones on and charged me the labor. Now for the wobble they rebalanced my tires saying all fixed. As I left I could still feel the wobble. So I came back the next day and spoke with Ryan. I have always brought my cars every year for my state inspections and have always enjoyed speaking with Ryan. He is always super nice and professional. Its the other people that work t
