The Manager and staff were thorough, I only came for an oil change after hearing they are different with services they offer, the best part of the service is that there was a safety inspection performed while the oil change process was perform and issues that I didn’t know about was brought to my attention! Hats off to the Manager for his patience with making sure I understood the reason for necessary repairs needed. You guys has earned a customer for life! Thank you

I am so grateful I brought my car here. I needed last minute work done and TJ had no problem taking my car back and starting the work right away. The quote was honest, they were honest and did not do any unnecessary work. They didn't even try to sell me unnecessary work. Not only will I be back, but I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you for a no hassle trip to the shop. This is how business should be. I appreciate it. I will be seeing them soon for more work I would like done.

My experience with Precision Tune Auto Care was a great one. Shawn showed me a problem I didn't know existed. He ws very professional, he explained the issue and how we could resolve it. There was no long wait and everyone was hospitable. Very nice to do business with them. Shawn & KeShawn were the team that assisted me, but everyone was nice.

I first called to see how soon I could bring my car in for a second opinion for an engine diagnosis and Shawn said "Right now!" Next I got there and was greeted with a smile a short wait time of 10 minutes. Next Shawn confirmed what I was told about my engine and the next steps in the process to get this issue handled. First impressions means everything to me and Precision Tune is now my place to go for my vehicle needs. They are honest, transparent and polite.
