These guys are super respectful and helpful. Took about a hour or two for tie rods and alignment and my truck feels great 👍🏽

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services rendered at your establishment. My initial expectation was a positive experience, which, unfortunately, has not been met. Our engagement began with a faulty starter in my vehicle, for which I was charged nearly $600 for its replacement. Upon settling the bill, I was informed of a hairline crack in my radiator, which your team attempted to repair with a ceramic sealant, free of charge. Regrettably, the radiator failed completely two days later. Following this, the vehicle was returned for radiator repair. Subsequent to this repair, the air conditioning system ceased to function. It is important to note that the air conditioning had been serviced and was fully operational just two months prior at a different facility. I

Kelly South at the front desk was very pleasant and listened intently to the reason for service. The estimate for the repair was given after calculating labor. Kelly assured me that if a fault is found other than the initial cause for service ,a call would be initiated for permission to repair. My experience at Precision Tune was great, will recommend.

I’ve used Precision auto not once or twice but over a dozen times with all my vehicles and I’ll keep going back! The service is impeccable. They take the time to diagnose and explain. The pricing is reasonable and honest. I’ve been taken advantage of by so many others that it really does feel good to find someone you trust. Rick is my favorite!! He has gone above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it. even everyone I’ve recommended them to is happy! They repair once and the problem is solved! No upsells, no gimmicks just great professional work. 5 star service from start to finish!!

Was referred to precision auto care for an oil leak.. upon entering I felt very welcome, they were all very nice and very honest! Long story short they added dye and told me to return in a week.. low and behold there was no actual oil leak. Was not charged for anything! They didnt try to push other services. Will recommend them to others
