Precision Tune Auto Care

Precision auto care is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. The owner Juan is very helpful and great at explaining things. I had just bought a car and it broke down less than 24 hours after I bought it. Juan did everything that he could to fix it as fast as possible. I am forever grateful for the communication the effort and the services that were provided. I will be coming back highly recommended 10/10.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! They were very willing to take the extra time and explain things to me. Amber quickly picked up calling me by my name which is always a nice feeling to walk in the door and be greeted as though you’re a familiar face. The biggest complaint I have is the pricing, because they source parts from the dealership you’re still paying dealership prices. I wish my wallet could afford precision tune because the people there are GREAT!

I am very impressed with this shop. I called after being told at another shop that it would be almost 2 hours before my car could even be looked at even though I had an appointment. Precision got me in immediately and gave excellent service. I will be coming back for my car care.

Juan, the manager, was great too and made sure my car was taken care of. They even pointed out an issue they don’t handle, which I really appreciated. Plus, they brought me home and picked me up — above and beyond service. Highly recommend!
