Precision Tune Auto Care

We’re fairly new to Balt. County, my daughter got her first car this year and I have AAA for our vehicles, she needed service and Precision Tune was on their list of shops. I am a “woman” lol.. who doesn’t know much about cars, i have felt very comfortable and reassured every time we needed servicing. I’m very pleased with Chris and it’s another mechanic that we've dealt with as well both are very polite, knowledgeable and honest. The communication between the mechanics and customer is always on point, I know the thought is mechanics or shops get over on women, there may be some truth to that but I haven't had a bad experience thus far, my daughter actually only wants to take her car to Precision Tune. I would recommend Precision Tune over and over again. I can’t thank them enough for the

Service was incredible. I had an appointment, the vehicle was serviced on time. The service manager displayed a value towards every waiting customer that was rarely experienced today.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Pep boys next door had just turn me down because I wanted to wait for my vehicle. I walk into Precision Tune and they told me that some people were a head of me but they would get my truck in as soon as possible, and that I can wait for the truck. Lord and behold I was there no longer than a hour and half, and my truck was working perfectly the staff at this store are very friend and efficient. Respectfully, WB

The staff were friendly, professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure my car repair was completed same day.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Although I had a 8am appointment and arrived 30 minutes late due to traffic, the team worked on my vehicles really quickly and efficiently! The manager was really pleasant and straightforward about my vehicle. I was truly grateful with the results and timing. My alignment is perfect now !
