This location has the BEST customer service. Torrian broke down the issues with my vehicle and let me know why it needed to be repaired. This is now the only place I trust to bring my car.

I went to Precision Tune for a simple brake inspection. They told me I needed new front brake pads and rotors, even though I had brand-new pads and rotors installed just last year. No measurements were provided — just an estimate pushing expensive replacements. I immediately took my car to the shop that originally did the work. They performed a proper inspection, measured the brake pads (7–9 mm remaining), and confirmed no repairs were needed. That second inspection was documented and free. In addition to the misleading recommendation, the shop itself was dirty and unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence in the quality or honesty of their work. The engine light was on. Had a diagnostic done and found out it was the catalytic converter. We took it in to percision tune and they did another diagnostic and confirmed it was the Catalytic converter. Service rep was very friendly and direct and explained to us everything. We agreed that we would pay them to replace it. They told us that they would order the part and that the car would be fixed and ready for pick up the next day and that he would call us. Next day comes and no call so we called him. The confidence that we heard when we initially dropped off the car, we did not hear. He was very vague and appeared to be trying not to say something. Walked in with no appointment. The Manager was most helpful in getting to the cause of my issues. He even called in the owner to get his input and they solved the issue. I think we all learned something that day.

The entire process was long, and no one ever reached out with updates about my car. When I picked up my vehicle, I found a pawn shop receipt for a firearm inside. I brought it straight to the manager and asked why someone was buying a weapon on company time using my car. Instead of giving a real explanation, they gave me a ridiculous excuse about being a “credible auto shop,” how they “test drive cars all the time,” and how they “sometimes go to Target to pick up things.” I made it very clear that I did NOT ask about their credibility.
