Precision Tune Auto Care

So just to let you know my car is a 2022 Chevy and she not dirty or nothing I love my car and have had maintenance done on it every time it needs it so this car hasn’t had any issues until now but went to precision autotune the manager was great. The pricing was great but for the service because of how his employees act I felt bad and mad because when I took my car in at 8 am and sat there all day I was already having issues with the brakes it was hard and firm, and it was just difficult to use them. It took the mechanic until 4:26 to diagnose that it wasn’t my brake booster it was my vacuum pump ok they fixed that went got the part from the store thanked them and while they where doing my oil change I noticed my computer is sitting loose so I said my computer didn’t do that when I brought

Dropped my car off at 10:30 AM for a brake job. We supplied all the parts, and were told it would take 1–2 hours max. And quoted 350 ish Around 2 PM, we finally get a call saying new rotors are needed. Fine. Suddenly the bill jumps to almost $800, even though the only part they supplied was the rotors, and they were 110 each. When we returned to ask for an updated timeline after hours of zero communication, we were told they had just started the brakes. The explanation? They took multiple oil changes ahead of us because “it’s just oil changes” and they only have one mechanic on duty. So instead of honoring the timeline they gave us, they prioritized walk-ins and left our car sitting all day without saying a word. That’s not our problem. Very thankful for this shop. Everyone there is always so kind. I’ve been having a lot of issues with my car lately and they took care of them in no time. Communication throughout the whole process was great and the turnaround time was quick too. One time, I even ordered a part I needed for my car but needed help putting it on so I went by there & one of the employees came right out to put it on for me. Been looking for a good, consistent shop for so long and now I found one!

I really appreciate everyone there of being courteous and respectful to assist me in my situation. My very first time there and l was treated like such an amazing person! I will see them when I have a situation with my vehicle again. Thanks to everyone. Great Job as a TEAM!!!!😊

I had to drive thru this big puddle in Dillon thre other day & I partially tore this thing off the bottom of my car. I brought my car into Precision Tune Auto Care on Broad St in Sumter SC to fix my problem. They were very friendly & fast. They got me right in. They fixed my car up and the cost was beyond reasonable. I am definitely going back to Precision Tune Auto Care in Sumter next time my car needs repairs, they were great.
