Took my car in for an oil change and a tire issue. They didn’t have my size tires in stock, so they sent me down the road to a competitor to get it taken care of same day rather than let me get stranded on the side of the road. I very much appreciate them looking out for my safety over making an extra sale. I will be back for sure!

Went in a few months ago for a general tune up on my car, valve covers, spark plugs, coil packs etc. ended up waiting 2+ months while they tried to source parts but ended up not being able to find any. I was not impressed with the lack of communication the entire time. Always hard to call and get ahold of anyone. They said they left me VM’s all the time but I had never gotten but one or two. After finally getting the service done and getting my vehicle back, I noticed a few things wrong off the bat. Battery bracket was left completely loose, coolant overfilled, and missing an intake strap I can’t even get anymore. On top of all that I ended up taking it to another shop for more issues I was having and it turned out the valve cover in the front wasn’t seated properly, so I had oil filled in

Took my F250 with about 71k miles to a Ford dealership because of an uneven tread pattern developing. After holding on to it for a month they said it was an internal malfunction on the spindle and all shocks needed to be replaced. They quoted me a little over $4,600 stating it was natural wear and tear and wouldn’t be covered by warranty. I called precision auto care and spoke with Ronnie. He suggested that I bring the truck in so they could take a look for no charge and give me a second opinion. Within 6 hrs of having the truck, they confirmed that the shocks needed to be replaced, stated that the spindle was fine, quoted me $1100 for work/labor/tax, changed out all the shocks, patched one of the tires that had a small leak and completed all work at quoted price. Could not be more please

Went here due to good reviews. They dont lie. J-son was super helpful, mechanics came in on Sunday evn though they were closed to get work done so i could have car back before work on monday. Felt they were very honest. Will be a return customer.
