Precision Tune Auto Care

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I brought my Silverado in for a water pump issue and was later told the real cause was a tensioner pulley that supposedly wasn’t covered under warranty. That makes no sense—if the pulley caused the water pump failure, it should be part of the same repair, not a separate uncovered item. I even had to buy the pulley myself and install it on my own. On top of that, I’m having transmission problems that are covered under warranty, yet they tried to charge me $200 for a transmission flush just to diagnose it. Charging a customer to diagnose something that’s under warranty is unreasonable. I was also charged sales tax on warranty work and an additional $40 for shop supplies, which raises even more concerns. Overall, this experience fe

When I tell you, Dallas from Precision Tune really made my week, he really did. I had just had terrible service with a Mr. Tire down the road for 4 days in one week. They made me think my car all of a sudden had alternator issues and everything else under the sun. I took it to Precision and Dallas listened and didn’t cut me off or treat me like a silly woman. He knew off the bat that something wasn’t right with what the other shop had told me and checked my car out right away. Come to find out, nothing was wrong with my car, the other shop had been negligent and left a hose unhooked. Explained to me what was happening and why that had caused my engine light to be on. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, I came to get my vehicle inspected, and 30 minutes later with 13 dollars spent I was on my way. Cant reccomend them enough!

I've never had a bad experience here. Customer service was great. The guy at the desk was friendly. My wait time wasn't long at all. I get my car inspected here every year
