Predator Recovery And Towing

So one day my car got repossessed (I forgot to change the debit card attached to my car payment when the old one expired, luckily I hadn’t spent the extra money). My fault not theirs. At 3 AM I walk outside and ask the driver if I can get some things out the car and he allowed me to. The next day when I went to retrieve my car I forgot to go to the atm. I had some old bills I was very fond of and the guy that helped me held on to the bills while I went to get new cash. First and hopefully last repossession experience but they made it pleasant.

Incredibly rude staff. Tow truck driver and office woman. They come and get your car at 9pm on a Monday.. charge you storage for Monday and then tell you they aren't "open" until Wednesday and charge you for those days as well. How can no one be at your location when it appears you live there? Predator in the name and its fitting. Oh not to mention you have to pay their fees in cash.. im SURE thats not reported to the IRS.

My car was repossessed last night. Before they took it, I asked if I could retrieve my belongings, and the tow driver said yes. However, when I went to get my keys, he had left. The next morning, I paid $621 to my loan company to have the car released, and they provided me with the repossession company's contact information. Initially, my calls went unanswered. Eventually, I spoke with a representative who informed me of a $75 handling fee required at pickup and that I would need to schedule an appointment for Monday, but today is Friday. I requested to at least pick up my belongings, including my child’s car seat and important documents, but the representative hung up on me. The nicest people ever!! They really do work with you and try to help as much as possible. Hopefully I don’t see them again lol!!! But if I do, I know I would be greeted with a smile.

I just had an experience with this company. I have to say, after reading some of these reviews I was really nervous as to what I'd walk into. However I had a great experience! When they took my vehicle they let us get things out of it that we needed first. When I called the office the woman I spoke to was extremely nice and very professional. Just a very down to earth person to speak with. She explained everything to me in detail and really took some of my anxiety away. When I got there to pick up my vehicle, both gentleman I dealt with were professional and pleasant to speak to. I had absolutely no problems. I think it's all in how you approach someone. I feel like some of these negative reviews may stem from their own attitude when they arrived. I have nothing bad to say about them! They
