Leo was amazing and took time for a quick unscheduled look at my car to ensure that it was / wasn’t safe to continue driving. He was thorough and even recommended someone that could get me in earlier and probably cheaper too! I will definitely be a return customer based on Leo’s professionalism and dedication to his work!

We took our 2007 Highlander in for a possible water pump replacement. Turned out to only be a leaking cover on the engine. So impressed with their honesty. And it was done on the same day.

Preferred Auto Care is great. I had the front axle, control arm, struts, lift, and a few other things done on my vehicle. They did a excellent job on my vehicle. Customer service was great and they kept me informed about my vehicle as it was getting work done. They had alot to do on my vehicle so it was at the shop for a little while. My friends recommend this shop and I am glad they did because it is a good shop. I definitely support these guys. I would highly recommend checking them out.
