One star earned only because the girl at the front desk was very kind. The mechanic charged me about $900 for one spark plug and coil which was not the price discussed on the phone. He also lied and said I needed 4 new break calipers. After getting a second opinion it was apparent that I did not. On top of this, after the repair had been done, he continued to lecture me about why I should have let him do the rest of the work on my car, when my goal was to get OUT of their shop and somewhere better/ more reasonable priced. Highly recommend NOT coming here!

I had a few things related to emissions that needed to be fixed to pass inspection. I'd never been to Preferred Automotive before. The owner Dean gave me a next day appointment which are typically hard to get. His team did a nice job. Dean's a nice guy who knows how to treat a new customer. In the future I'll go to Preferred when I need automotive work done. They're nice people who are very good at what they do.

My sister-in-law Terry needed to have her brakes done. We did a Google search. We called 3 places and the earliest appointment was for next week. We called Preferred Auto and she got an appointment the very next day. The mechanic was excellent. We wished we got his name. I would highly recommend Preferred Auto! Thank you.

Dean and his team have gone above and beyond to keep my cars running well for years. His prices are fair and his knowledge is priceless. Thanks for all the help!

If there is any lower than one start. I would have given. I just went there to do inspection. I didn’t have the plates on because I went there right after registration. The guy sent me to the office to sit. But he came back and said that I don’t have my plates on so extra money. When I asked few questions he was so Rude and told me that not gonna do inspection and told me to leave. This should not be happening to other people. So be aware. i went there coz I saw their advertisement in RMV
