Edit: their reply below does not reflect the true nature of what happened. As you can see they will never own their mistake. Same with Santander, the leasing company. They will have no shame in blaming the customer. False promises, fake smiles, countless visits do the DMV. For sure they will be sued to the extent of the law. They even blame the DMV for not registering a vehicle without a title but not themselves! Today is the last day of December and I still cannot register the vehicle. Per the leasing contract they are supposed to maintain proper title status which they failed and not offering any correction of the financial damages they caused. Be aware! stay away. Today my husband and I decided we wanted to shop for a new car. We decided to start online to see what was available and started with Premier Auto Center in Casa Grande. As soon as I entered my information, I received a phone call from LaShonda asking if she could help in our search. After a brief conversation, she gave us an appointment with Chris. Chris was waiting for us as we arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call. Chris was very knowledgeable in all aspects of every car we viewed. We initially were just looking for a used SUV but when he showed us the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport we were sold. It was the perfect color, the perfect interior and had 17 miles on it. That's right, 17!!!! We were able to trade in our SUV and drive away in this beautiful car within a few hours start

Let me just say first off that the service that we got was amazing and outstanding we weren’t in the parking lot for more than five seconds and associate came out to help us really impressive. Anyways after looking at numerous cars they got me into a brand-new 2022 Mitsubishi And I absolutely love it. I’d highly recommend anybody going to them they used my 2011 GMC Acadia as a trade-in no money down and I got a brand new car thanks to them.

Mark was amazing. I was very nervous about trading in my car. I explained in details to Mark why I needed a bigger car and what payments I could afford. He worked very hard to get me to where I needed everything to be to upgrade from a full size sedan to a full size SUV to fit my bigger family. He’s super friendly too as I have so much anxiety when talking to people but he made the whole experience easy and smooth. I highly recommend anyone needing to trade up or even if you’re just looking to just get in a new car Mark is your guy. PS his boss need to give him a raise 😉😁😂😂
