Recently took my car here to replace my shocks and a broken spring. Jerry was awesome! Ordered the parts fast and did an excellent job, so that I could get back on the road to do my job. I really appreciated his honesty and his prices are very fair. Thanks, Jerry!

Jerry did a great job and was done within a day! He found damage that Take 5 oil caused to my engine air filter housing (very bad) in addition to fixing the original problem I was having. I will definitely be coming back!

I chose Premier because they were the highest rated shop near me. Coming from Berea I like that I can get there without the highway. My rear caliper locked onto my rotor and I had a loud grinding noise. Jeff said to drop it off, he replaced my rear brakes and the cost for labor was fairer than the dealership. Not only that, but he was done within hours. He even noticed that I had a screw missing off my engine cover. I will absolutely recommend Premier to everyone in the area! My new go to shop.

Called Premier about replacing radiator hoses and spark plugs and Jerry was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and broke down the price for me, which was much more affordable than other quotes I received. When I asked to schedule an appointment he was able to have everything done the next day for the exact price I was quoted on the phone. Absolutely will be returning for any future repair needs. Honest and quality service is hard to come by!
