Very professional service experience, Aaron had a such a joyful, helpful and welcoming personality that the whole experience felt great. The video evaluation, assessment and pictures of the work that needed to be done was very helpful. The whole process right from driving in to the service center, to getting checked in, to following your progress, to finally the payment was extremely streamlined and smooth.

To politely say my last two experiences at a dealership were negative would be an understatement, so it came as a pleasant surprise and a relief when I was treated as excellently by Steven Vavrek, and Steve Grillo of Westside Toyota. I felt both heard and truly appreciated during my time with them which gave me a sense of confidence that I had made the right choice in going there. They answered any questions I had in a professional and respectful manner, and addressed any concerns I had accordingly. Just a great experience overall, and I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone in need of service!

Very pleased with my recent service at Westside Toyota. There was a recall on a part on my vehicle and when I called to schedule the rep was very accommodating with also scheduling my routine maintenance as well. They kept me informed with other recommended maintenance while my car was in the shop via text and video and the process was very simple to accept or decline other maintenance.

Did not fix the issue, created more problems and sent me on my way. I was told to set up another service call and a technician would not talk to me about all of the service messages that were now going off on my dash. Crazy!!!!

Steven Grillo was extremely helpful in taking me through the process to have the Recall remediation for my 2021 Toyota Supra taken care of. He let me know a solution for the recall was now available, took the initiative to have the necssary parts ordered, contacted me when they arrived and scheduled my car to receive the fix for the recall.
