Primer Auto feels like they care for their customers and have been communicating every step of the way, showing signs of transparency in their work. This place is a joke. I worked with Ron for 2 days in a vehicle. I told him I'd take it. We had the deal with extended warranty all worked out. The only thing left is if it was going to be in my or my wife and my names. So keep in mind they already dinged out credit with a check. So I call and say im on the way up. He says oh sorry we sold that this morning.. now I talked with him last night at closing. And first thing this morning according to him. Before they even walked in the door and some how it was sold??? So I asked what the deal was.. he said. Oh well the owner...bla bla bla. Don't waste your time with them.. so now we have waisted lots of time. Money driving half way there. ( 30 miles) and your credit took a hit.. what are joke.
