I absolutely love premier. They are amazing and straightforward. Not a lot of businesses can say they are honest, but they most definitely are. Very helpful and provided me with a loaner car for free.

After decades of taking my vehicle to the dealership, I was faced with a large engine repair. I found the customer service and follow-up service and explanation of warranty with Cody and his team above and beyond anything I experienced with the dealership. They have been working with me throughout warranty repairs as well as a loaner car when needed. All services that were way beyond my expectations based on previous experience . Sometimes working with dealerships, you never get the same person or someone doesn’t know your history. With Cody and his team, they know me by first name and they give that one-on-one experience that has really made a difference. James

Great service! Was able to get my car in at a reasonable time. They were able to give me a rental while my car was in the shop. Lastly, they did a good job of getting my car fixed in a timely manner.

I took my 2016 CRV in for service to replace a valve gasket cover and an oil change. Premier got me scheduled quickly, the work was done promptly and everyone I dealt with was extremely polite, professional and understanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premier Automotive!
