Took and Audi Q5 in for a big service, transmission flush, spark plugs, brakes, oil change. Upfront quote was steep, but the cost was scaled down as they looked at the issues, only needed brakes on rear and no need to do coolant flush... No up selling or unnecessary work which I respect. Cost for oil change is half Audi service, and brakes about 35% cheaper. Bargain!

I took my car here to get serviced for the first time after using different shops for the last few years and I'm never going anywhere else ever again. These guys are awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and a nice clean/updated shop space. You won't find a better shop in all of Frederick.

Had Premier AutoWerks install an IRL single mid-pipe and axle-back exhaust on my BMW G82 M4. The work was done quickly and accurately and the cost was very reasonable. Their location was very convenient and they took good care of my car. I will definitely be having more work done by them in the future. Shout out to Jim and Emily for all the help. Really happy with my experience.

First time going here. I was scolded for going too long without an oil change. Shortly after pulling out, I plugged my radar detector in the cigarette lighter slot and got no power. They must have done something because my car is almost new and I had no problems getting power to my radar detector before bringing it in…. I had to go to work, so I just left. Instead of bringing it back to them to fix it, I’m going somewhere else. The price was high as well. So, I was basically scolded, overcharged and received back a damaged vehicle. I just wanted an oil change.

The entire team at premier was great. A special thank you to Ashley. She has awesome knowledge and is straight forward and those are great qualities to have especially in the auto repair industry! They have gained new customers here because of her!
