Premier Car Wash

I got the highest coat car wash at over $30… which had an interior wipe down and vacuum. However my car was left dusty and there was sand all nice the back seat and trundle that wasn’t vacuumed. I am not pleased!!

I had my truck washed a few days prior to this after driving from Ohio. The previous wash had left compacted snow on my running boards, and a lot of dirty spots that were missed. I went to Premier and spent a little bit more ($10.00) and had my interior vacuumed, mats washed, seats cleaned and was thoroughly impressed. I definitely think the extra services was worth the $10.00. Not only does my truck look better than the day I bought it, but everyone I saw working there genuinely cared about what they were doing. I watched Moses clean my truck by hand and not take ANY shortcuts. Keep in mind it was about 30° and he worked hard and wiped the interior and exterior by hand. I only wish this car wash was not 7 hours away from me.

I have been using their services from last 10 yesr. The quality has not the same any more. I am not sure why worker are always rushing to send the car out asap. Price of services has increased. Today all of my fellow customers had requested them to wipe the car at least twice.

Today, I took both of my cars to get washed—one received a Silver wash, and the other a Platinum wash. Afterwards, I couldn't see any difference between the two. Both washes took the same amount of time, and the staff provided the same level of cleaning for both cars; there was nothing extra for the Platinum wash. The floors, floor mats, and interiors were still dusty and dirty after the cleaning, making it a waste of money. Instead of using a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust, they used a blower, which only spread the dust around the interior. Although the exterior cleaning was done well by the automated machine, the staff did not do their job properly, aside from wiping off the excess water from the exterior.

Yesterday was the biggest disappointment. I don’t care what day of the year it is, but if people are paying for a service you do it the right way. The vacuum portion maybe they spent 10 seconds. The amount of dust and crumbs still on my seat, floors, dashboard and middle console after my car was “cleaned” was disappointing. Also, the amount of cars piled up in the front after the wash was comical. The employees didn’t even know what to do with all the cars there and that’s because of the rush from start to finish.
