They always made sure I knew each stage my car was getting repaired at. I am so happy with the communication twice a week. They did their best to return my car as fast as possible. Always sent me photos of the updates during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this phenomenal company for your next repairs. I feel like a valued customer, and could not be happier with the repairs on my Lexus! They even repaired 2 extra dents I did not know about on the roof & hood of my car.That is above and beyond! I had a poor experience here. After my car was hit, I brought it in, but they never gave me any updates. I had to keep calling for two weeks just to manage my rental. In the end, I picked up the car and they promised to call when parts arrived, it’s been two months—still nothing. On top of that, they overcharged for their work. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Logan and the entire team at Premier Coach body shop in Thousand Oaks did an incredible job repairing my Porsche Macan. I appreciated the constant updates and it looked better than new when I picked it up. They made the entire process worry free and Im so happy I took my car there after my accident.
