Kaleel, Cody, Peck the tech and ESPECIALLY Sumo all did outstanding work on our car! They were in contact with me in a timely fashion and were clear with what work was needed and the cost to do so. The car looks BRAND NEW! Mr Sumo has a GREAT TEAM!!

I can't say enough great things about this place! I have had the best customer service experience, even though they didn't have to! They kept their cool through all the insurance drama and were nothing but exceptionally kind, compassionate, friendly and accommodating! Not to mention the car was fixed to perfection!!! 10/10!! The manager is top notch and went above and beyond our expectations!

Great experience! I visited several body shops before making my decision to use Premier. Some other places wouldn't give me an estimate unless I made an appointment. But not Premier. I walked in and met with Timothy Pela. He did an estimate on my car and then spent a lot of time explaining the estimate and walking around the car to show me things to look for. I felt like he wasn't try to just sell me on using Premier. I could tell he was genuine about what he was saying. Even though their estimate was one of the more expensive ones, I used them because I trusted Timothy and I appreciated the time he spent with me. It showed me that if he was willing to spend that amount of time on a free estimate, then I knew they were going to spend as much time as necessary fixing my car properly and not
