Premier Nissan Of Metairie Service

I live in Slidell. I pass to Nissans to travel to the Metairie location. Benny is my salesman I've purchased many cars with him. Janna is my favorite service tech she knows her stuff. They are the reason I keep coming back. They give phenomenal service. I love this location I will continue to shop here a get my vehicle serviced here.

Excellent scheduled maintenance plus one item was in need of replacement upon the multi point check. Service Advisor Patrick Collins contacted me with explanation and costs, which I agreed and was thankful to have it completed during the one visit. Mr. Collins also immediately confirmed a detailed report by email. I’m very pleased with the great customer service I received from the service department at Premier Nissan in Metairie.

Everytime i go there for an oil change, I have to stand there waiting for someone to approach me and offer help. The least someone can is greet me than let know if someone we be with me or ask me did i need help. Im always and i mean always waiting for someone to walk up to me. Ill be the only car there and no one walks up to me until i ask them for help WOOW. This is the closest dealership to me so I usually go here. But they really need to fix that. Ive seen other cars come and they would walk past me and ask they for help and past me up. I know they should know me by now and if not IM STILL A PAYING CUSTOMER

Brent was awesome, he communicated everything clearly and was very transparent throughout the whole process. They were also able to fix a longstanding problem with my car that other dealerships were not able to fix.

I had a better experience buying the car than with the service.
