While I don’t typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share my appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Premier Upfitter & Car Care Center. In July, I purchased an AMG 43. A few months later, the check engine light came on. My local was unwilling to work with my extended warranty provider and instead recommended a series of unrelated, unnecessary repairs—ranging from replacing spark plugs and the engine air filter to tire monitor batteries. When I made the decision to seek service elsewhere, they charged over $500 for the diagnostic. At this point, I was irate. Came from Boston MA to visit my brother and unfortunately had a check engine light on, my brother call Premier Upfitter & Car Care Center they diagnosed my Sprinter and told me right away what was the problem. I had my van fix, Bobby was very professional and honest with the process. I will recommend this shop to anyone they are very knowledgeable and professional that’s what you need from a repair shop.

While looking for a second opinion from what was supposed to be motor mounts and axle problems, I went to Bobby. He figured out the problem which was not motor mounts nor axle related. I left his shop with the car running as it should and to top it off I was not charge anything. A simple loose piece was tightened and that solved the problem. If I can give this place 10 stars I would I took my Mercedes Benz Metris for interior work and I love the seats they installed in my van. The process was super easy dropped it off in the morning and by end of the day I got it back with my new captain chairs and new wheels.
