My Mercedes has visited Prestige many times over the past few years and their service is excellent every time. The full diagnostic reports are always so helpful with pictures included. Clint is my go to guy for any questions and concerns and the repair prices are fair as well. German cars can be super picky so finding a shop that truly knows them inside and out in Salem is wonderful. Highly recommend Prestige!

Great service. My volvo engine light came on and the mechanic I normally use was booked out a week. Since I was about to leave town I wanted to get the car diagnosed before I traveled. I called and asked if they could see me and they said they would squeeze me in for a diagnostic check and formulate a repair depending on the situation. I really appreciate them doing this for me. 2nd time using Prestige Auto and both times have been a nice experience. I recommend this company if looking for an auto repair shop.

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the team at Prestige Auto Repair. They were friendly, straightforward, and incredibly well-informed — even more so than the dealership when it came to a few technical questions I had about my Lexus. Their check-in and pre-inspection process was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced — extremely detailed and well-documented. It’s also great having a shop like this right here in Salem, since my other options are usually driving an hour to Portland or Eugene. It’s nice to have such high-quality service locally. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise.

I am so very impressed with the team at Prestige. All of them. Michelle, Billie, Clint, James, and the owner, Mike. These are just a few of the people I interacted with in the process of having a pre-Purchase inspection done on a vehicle I was considering buying. Were it not for their exhaustingly thorough report, accompanied by photos and a detailed estimate of items that car needed, I would’ve been purchasing a mistake. I’ve had them do these PPI’s before and it is the best investment in avoiding surprises and headaches for the future. They are amazing. Grateful for all of them.

Very personable communication and ability to make an appointment soon after I called. My only concern is that I sought a fix for tire pressure sensors that had been deemed, by others to be faulty, likely because of expired batteries that support the sensors. Precision proposed testing and recalibration of the sensors at a cost of 90.00. Three days later the sensors again failed to work. (Just like I reported had happened before.) When I made a second appointment with Precision to fix the sensors I was told it would cost the same approximately 400.00 that had I expected to pay to have them fixed in the first place. The promise was that the recalibration might do the trick, but I we knew the batteries probably needed to be replaced. Now I’m 90.00 additional cost that could have been avoided
