Stay far away from this place. I brought my 2019 Cadillac XT5 in for intermittent power loss and stiff steering and was advised to replace an electrical module — an expensive repair. When I later requested documentation showing that a basic battery and charging system test had been performed before recommending the repair, they were unable to provide proof. What was most disappointing was the response from both the manager and owner. Rather than addressing my concerns, my questions were dismissed and I was sent away without clear answers. Customers deserve transparency and evidence-based diagnostics before approving costly work. I strongly recommend asking for a full diagnostic report and proof of tests performed before authorizing any major repairs.

This is the second time visiting this location, Greenacres, for an oil change, it’s now my go to place. They are very professional & extremely nice. Came in at the last minute without an appointment for an oil change due to a last minute road trip. They were completely booked, however due to our circumstances Dan at the front counter worked us in. He didn’t have to do that, but he was nice enough to help us out. Both oil changes we’ve gotten have been perfect. If there was a 10 star option I definitely would give it to Dan & the guys in the garage.

Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a more honest and reliable mechanic to bring my Lexus to. Max (the owner) was here the whole time and making sure that everything went perfectly. The expertise, experience, service and price was nothing short of amazing. This is a great family owned business and they keep growing. I came in only for a tire balance due to a mild steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. Instead of focusing on the service I requested, I was presented with a quote of around $3,000 covering inner and outer tie rods, shocks, front and rear sway bar links, a valve cover gasket, and an alignment. I understand and appreciate shops pointing out potential wear items, but most of these repairs were presented as necessary or urgent despite my vehicle showing no noises, no pulling, no handling issues, and no active oil leaks.
