Best car wash around! Love their membership rates and that they have so many locations in the area. Always very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone
Not thrilled that there is not a customer service line available. The last few times through the wash I've noticed that a number of the high end options are not lit up as I go through. My Amex card reflects that I'm paying for these options. Can you explain why this is happening. I've just signed my wife up for the same package and I'd appreciate an explanation for when she asks. Damaged and chipped my brand new car!!! Passed through the car wash today Saturday Jan 24th, 2026, I just bought this car 2 weeks ago, brand new 2026 Honda HRV. Canceling my membership and requesting compensation for damages or will report to Attorney General.
Car wash does a fantastic job. Vacuum suction always strong. Prestige Peabody washes and vacuums are way better compared to Salem Ma location.
The guys are very friendly. Also if your truck has Trac Racks, it can go through. A lot of places wouldn’t let me go through
