Prestige Lube & Tune.

Took my Mercedes there to get an oil change and left with my motor tapping. Took it right back because of the noiseand discovered the worker had broke my oil filter housing and just put the filter in anyways. They kept telling me the part was on the way but I ended up having to miss work and let it sit all night because I couldn’t drive it with the part missing. Got it back today they fixed it and the noise is gone but they broke the cover to the bottom of my car and had it hanging by one screw which took me forever to get off without jack and tools because I didn’t want it dragging the ground. I have to replace it or find some way for someone to fix it. These are some sorry workers! Watched them wash windows and put washer fluid in other cars and I left with a dirty window and my w

The absolute best place around town to get your oil changed. They are always courteous, kind, and quick. I’m literally just a girl when it comes down in my car most people try to make you feel bad they don’t they educate you and make you feel comfortable to come back!
