I had a great experience with Kevin and the team at Prestige Motor Works on Rte 59 in Naperville. Kevin was able to unexpectedly fit us in at the last minute to replace a rear main engine seal, which is a very labor-intensive repair. Despite the complexity of the job, they completed the work in a timely manner and beat the other quotes I received. I’m very pleased with the professionalism, communication, and overall quality of the work. Kevin and his team really went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it. Came in today to get an oil change which i bought off of Groupon. The Staff is Very Friendly and Most of Them Are Helpful. However This was the longest I Have Ever Waited For An Oil Change To Be Done. Faster service would be nice but I do plan on giving them another shot next time I need an oil change

Not to mention their pricing is WAY below industry average! I’m planning on bringing my vehicle back for further recommend repairs. They also work with Sunbit, Klarna, and Affirm so you don’t have to wait or stress about the cost of repairs! You can get the work done now and pay later:) I think I’ve found my new automotive home! I work on my own cars 90% of the time and had these guys work on a couple cars for me recently and they did a great job at a very fair price. They worked on my daughter’s car ( 2005 Ford Focus) because it needed some work quickly. I’m very particular about the workmanship on my cars and these guys did an amazing job. I also had them handle some warranty work on my Audi. They worked with warranty company to make sure they sure the work was done properly and to my satisfaction! Mission accomplished!! It’s refreshing to experience a great shop!

Never have we been at a repair shop where you are LITERALLY treated like a long time friend. Everything, from start to finish, was explained to the max, as well as parts, labor, time, etc. WE WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
