TL;DR - Amazing dealership, 100% approve, we love our newest vehicle, Alex is a great small business owner who fully understands how to partner with his community! Now - For the longer version of the story, my husband and I wanted to buy an additional preowned vehicle so we wouldn’t have to keep sharing one vehicle. We had been looking for a long time (with not much luck) at other dealerships. We had a pretty tight budget and a lot of the vehicles in our budget weren’t very reliable looking or mechanically - BUT! As soon as we went to Galaxy we found a few vehicles that piqued our interest. The owner Alex was very courteous and patient with our questions and understood the limitations we had. Awesome guy, great car, great price. I must have seen 20 cars, 10 I just left the dealership, 5 were all full of BS. Al was honest, personable and went out of his way to detail the car, clean it immaculately, gave me a great deal, held the car for me. and even re-sprayed the rims to look brand spankin new. I've owned over 20 cars/trucks/suv's and it's a horrible, stressful experience do to the shady rap car salesmen get, but Al made it smooth & most important HONEST!

Contacted the dealer to take a look at two vehicles I was looking at and coming along distance. They were up front and told me the vehicles had sold I appreciate that because some dealerships will waste your time just to get you to the lot and sell you something else you're not interested in. That to me is integrity thank you!

My son, an active-duty service member, bought a car from this dealership, and the experience has been a nightmare. The check engine light came on before we even got home. The dealership was extremely slow to respond and passed us off to a third-party warranty company. The warranty company refused to pay for the new hybrid battery that the car needed. ​After over a month of phone calls and back-and-forth between the dealership and the warranty company, no one has taken responsibility for selling my son a lemon. It's incredibly disappointing that they would take advantage of a young military serviceman in this way. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone
