Bought a vehicle here about a month and a half ago. I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews but I decided to give this business a try, I was very very wrong. The vehicle started giving me transmission problems just days after it was purchased. This guy made it so easy in the proces to make the purchase that literally feel like you don't have to question the process, I couldn't have been more wrong. Just be aware that the possibility of you purchasing a crap vehicle from this person are extremely high. When I told him about the transmission being bad was, "I drove it on the driveway and everything, it didn't give me any problems", the typical salesman pitch. Honestly, I shouldn't have trusted a dealership this small, and maybe the engine light coming on during the test drive should have been a red flag, or the car being dirty and coated in dog hair, or being told it was 166k miles but it was actually at 172k miles, or that the passenger side sliding door failed in the unlocked position and it wasn't disclosed, or that it jolted forward when driven. Despite all these red flags, I bought a van from them. While they were kind, I would not purchase from them again and would warn anyone else to watch out and not buy from them. For paying 4600 for a van, and it needing a 4,900k transmission repair, it was a loss that only lasted 4 months. They know they are selling poor condition car, but they still get people roped in. Sold me a car knowing that it needed a whole new transmission and did not let me know that prior to me buying so basically fraudulently not revealing the truth would you do show me a lemon anyway

Don’t deal with them!! He thought he can outsmart me. He has a Lexus RX350 , 2008 model & the mileage is 143k on it The car engine is not working & it has the check engine light on & he is saying because he changed the battery.!! The car has a misfire cylinder and the engine is shaking really hard & really obvious and yet he is insisting that the car is normal and running ok. I was able to determine the issue on spot and yet I took it to Firestone and paid $97 and it failed and i will not say the reason as he kept asking me 4x why it failed. I have the reports with me. DONT DEAL WITH HIM!!! He doesn’t understand his business.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. I met with Starsky, the Sales Manager of Prestige of Sugarland. I purchased a 2001 Toyota Corolla from him with 92,500 miles. He said "he checked the car, and it drove great." He also told me he was a mechanic. Perhaps I should have been better informed, but I assumed he "checked the car." It drove well on a test drive.
