Great until they damaged my BRAND NEW truck and lied! I dropped the new truck that I've only had for 3 weeks to have it cleaned for the holiday weekend. On Friday when I got home we noticed this very large scratch on the door handle that was NOT there before the truck was left there to be cleaned. We took a time stamped photo to note when we noticed the damage. When I went back today to show Ms. Tiffany, she and everyone else, came up with every excuse how it could not have happened there, completely denied it happened there and even accused me of damaging it myself and blaming them!! I have brought a rotation of 3 different vehicles and also had sent others there on referral. Well now, go there at your OWN RISK. Actually, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I came to get a wash on Tuesday 6.21.2022 and was asked to come back on another day due to the weather being extremely hot. I arrived this morning,6.23.2022, and asked if I could get a wash and low and behold, the devil himself appeared. The man with a blue shirt on and wearing a “doo-rag” yelled and cursed me out and asked, “why didn’t I clean the inside of my car out.” He did not say “good morning” or asked what I would be getting done to my vehicle. He was very rude and nasty. I should’ve called the Fayetteville Police because I feared for my life all over trying to get my car washed and cleaned up for the weekend. I told him I didn’t need his services because of his nasty/rude attitude and left his property. I came next door to Wash n Wash and they welcomed me with a smile and did an

Rude, dishonest and very disrespectful. I called ahead to see if they had the room and time for a horse trailer. They said they did and to come on up. I hooked up horse trailer and drove all the way there. Unhooked and asked when I should come back to pick up, he said oh I'm not Gunna get to it today. Just leave it here. I told him I wasn't comfortable leaving it unhooked without a hitch lock over night(property is not fenced in or protected). He said that's fine just bring it back tomorrow and that I should call in a little bit to find out what time. When I called back, the lady said "he don't wanna do it anymore since you took it, so don't come back" and hung up the phone. I was embarrassed and confused so I called back and was forwarded to voicemail. When I tried again, the man answered

We have discovered a wonderful place now to get our vehicles cleaned and waxed. Robert and Tiffany are very nice and friendly! They do an outstanding job cleaning and waxing vehicles!
