5 stars is well deserved. This company was referred to us by a fellow firefighter. My father borrowed my husbands car one day while they were in town visiting. He noticed the car was a rough ride, and needed some work. While my husband was at work my father met with a longtime friend who referred my father to Pride Auto Repair. He stopped in with no appointment, and asked if thy could help, and how long would it take. Their Sterling Heights location was busy, but they old my dad about their new shop in Clinton township having openings. My dad headed over and was quickly helped with not only service but fast and knowledgeable service. I had a great experience at Pride Auto Care in Clinton Township. The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Big shoutout to Jason — he was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and very upfront throughout the whole process. He was also willing to work with me on the price to make it more reasonable, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find an auto shop that’s both honest and customer-focused, but Pride Auto Care definitely delivers.I know things can be pricey at times but understand something, you get what you pay for. Legitimately the best place to take your car for any service. It’s hard to find a great mechanic that doesn’t overcharge you, pride is the best and their prices are outstanding. My wife and I have been using Pride as our go to spot for oil changes for about eight years - Then we started using them for bigger issues and could not be happier. Not only is the customer service, and the work phenomenal, the pricing is very fair. Take your car to Pride, you will not regret it. We go to the Clinton Twp location, but both locations are top notch.
