I had a fantastic experience with Pride Chevrolet. They helped me navigate through the process of getting my transmission warranty to cover a new one. The team did an excellent job in replacing the transmission in my car and even installed sensors, which ultimately saved me a significant amount of money. It was truly the best Christmas present. I highly recommend Pride Chevrolet for their outstanding service and expertise.

I found Christopher professional and approachable and had a sense that he was knowledgeable and that his concern with my car was genuine. My only negative experience was waiting for updates w/o having to call. I waited 4 days before the diagnostic was done and any feedback given. I had the same experience. back in August of 2022.I will have the repairs done in November 2023 at pride service station.
