PRIDE Truck Wash - Shepherdsville

We've never been here before today. I was hesitant because they were a little bit more than Blue Beacon, but they took a long time making sure everything was perfect. You definitely get what you pay for. The guys were smiling laughing, and the manager was awesome!! "Everyone can use a little Jesus". Thank you the truck looks freaking amazing!! You guys are family now.

I was at this facility about two years ago and was really impressed with the service so I decided to come back. I bypassed a beacon this morning just to come here. There were three trucks in front of me then two hours went by when I got up there. I asked the guy in the office were they shorthanded? He sats no I have six guys here. I said OK. They proceeded to wash my truck and trailer and I got to the pilot and stopped. I got out to inspect they missed half my truck. One rim wasn’t even touched on my trailer. I like to give the local people my money, but I’ll never come back here.

Come here every week with being a bulk cement driver and everytime I come here it’s cleaner every time I leave so much so I don’t want it to get dirty again PRIDE is their name for a reason they take pride and taking their time making sure everything is spotless Make sure you sign up for their rewards if you come thru a lot

I wish I could give zero stars. I paid $180 for a wash today and my equipment looked worse than when it entered the wash. I asked for the manager and he told me if I want to go back in line and pay per minute he will re-wash it. Worst service and they don’t stand behind their work to make it right. They didn’t use any soap or scrub. Just sprayed it with water for $180. Don’t go there and waste your money

Alanzo, TJ and Shane did amazing job washing my car carrier! It had lots of sand after winter storm and they got it all off! Will bring my fleet here when we drive thru. Thanks guys!
