It was a pleasure working with Zach to buy our new truck. He was very friendly and made us feel at ease with the whole process. He really went above and beyond getting the truck ready for us and expedited the process for us (getting an inspection, etc) since he knew we wanted to take it in a trip out of town. He made sure that we knew everything was above board and showed us the price we agreed on written on the paperwork before we signed anything. He made sure to get our insurance information before issuing a temp tag. Zach is an honest person and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything at any point in the process. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V on March 22, and within days, it began having serious issues. Not even a week after driving it off the lot, the vehicle started malfunctioning. I brought the car back to the dealer in hopes of resolving the issue, only to be dismissed.
