Extremely professional service. Got damage on my driver side door and side mirror after another gentleman backed up into it, and took it straightaway to Prime Time. They were able to get a good look at it and take care of the insurance claim from start to finish. They kept me update throughout the entire process, and ensured that I had gotten an Uber to the rental place. The car came back perfect, like it was fresh off the dealership lot again! They fixed all scratched and dents, even fixed up the dents from previous encounters! This service was fast, easy, efficient and very professional. Absolutely recommend Prime to recover your car as beautiful as it was. My car was scratched by a reckless runner and had some touch up, as well as lost one bumper hole. Before Prime, i was in the hands of other auto body. Their painted my car white which is different with pearl white. Too bad i have look for a good hand. Now you can see after Joe's work, They are crystal shining like brand new. Plus, They charged reasonal and affordable.
