Owner Todd was so pleasant and easy to work with. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with the tow plate he installed on our Ford Maverick, verified the electrical systems worked properly, then helped us when it turned out our RV receiver plug was faulty by having a replacement sent over with just a short wait. We also had him replace the inner dually valve stems to get us happily back on the road. As full-time RVers we are very happy to find great people like Todd and highly recommend him!

Prime Tire was recommended to me by Blue Compass RV for installing valve extenders for my dually RV, and now I understand why. Todd was exceptionally knowledgeable about what was needed given the RV valve configuration, and explained a better, and much less expensive solution. I was glad he checked the air pressure in the tires as it was low after sitting in storage. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I left a message for initial appointment and received call soon after, and serviced within 2 days. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

They were so kind and went above and beyond for us! They were so awesome and understanding that I showed up with all my kids & nice to the kids. We were in a really difficult situation and they helped us & I could not be more grateful. I truly recommend them to everyone. They were fair with their pricing and up front about it. The kind and friendly personalities of everyone just gave me that feeling like you want in a community, like we are all neighbors. It’s just a good feeling & hard to come by these days.

Great service! We had a problem with our camp trailer brakes. Our truck kept warning us they were disconnected. Todd fit us in and fixed that problem along with a couple other concerning issues. He was fair priced, quick and very thorough. I would highly recommend this place!!

Landon and his team are so awesome! We had relatives who just graduated from college drive through on a road-trip and their check engine light came on. Electrical issue. Another shop wanted to make a lot of repairs they could t afford and they thought they were stuck, but decided to give Landon’s shop a try. Landon asked them their objective and recommended a fix that would meet that objective. Oh, and his price was less than the other shop’s quote just to get in there and figure out what the problem was. Landon’s lead tech (can’t remember his name) spoke to the girls and put them at ease with a hopeful feeling, and then made the repairs so dang fast I was impressed! Wow! What a great shop!
