Prime towing is amazing. My tire blew and we needed fast assistance. They had the fastest ETA and I'm glad they came. Adrian showed up within 15 minutes and helped me fast. He got the tire changed quickly and made sure all the other tires looked good. He went above and beyond to help me out. Adrian was a very nice guy and was fast and made sure everything looked safe for us to continue on the road. I will continue to recommend prime towing especially Adrian as the driver. I was towed by Adrian. He was an amazing help, he talked me through the whole situation and made me feel calm and reassured my vehicle would be well taken care of. He went beyond his duties and made sure my family was happy and comfortable. I will continue to use and recommend Adrian and prime towing. Hands down the best service i have received by a tow company. Adrian deserves a raise.

I unfortunately locked myself out at the grocery store today while doing Instacart. I posted on a local Facebook group page for Idaho Falls that I was locked out. I’m barely scraping by financially and couldn’t afford to pay anyone Anything. I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by Victor and he offered his assistance, sent out Cameron, who showed up within 30 minutes to unlock my Car For FREE! Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful! My car got stuck in park and wouldn’t move. Called Prime towing and they said it would be a 25-30 minute wait. The driver showed up early and they were affordable. The driver very nice and professional. Got my vehicle dropped off at the dealership and he made sure I had everything I needed from the vehicle before leaving. I would highly recommend this company to any one.

Adrian and the other driver from Prime Towing were so awesome! I was in an accident while heading down to Utah for an appointment I needed to be at the next day. Both drivers were both so friendly and made sure that my daughter and I were able to stay warm while law enforcement finished sorting things out. Adrian went way above and beyond and took me some extra distance to meet my family coming up from Utah to get us. I would definitely call them if I needed help again. These guys were top notch!
